The macOS build may trail the current Windows release. After installation, Apres checks its platform release feed on launch and prompts before restarting into an available update.

Connect Apres with Five Avalonia

Install or update FIVE Tools / Five Avalonia.
Install Apres from the button for your platform above.
Open Five Avalonia, select one or more compiled SEG analyses, then use the Apres action near the selected-analysis toolbar.
Five Avalonia writes an Apres manifest and launches Apres with the selected feature tables, plate/well context, channel labels, and suggested output folder.

If Apres is not found automatically

Restart Five Avalonia after installing Apres.
If needed, set APRESFT_EXE to the installed Apres executable path.
