Auto-updates: after the first Windows install, Apres checks the Apres release feed on launch and prompts before restarting into an update.

Connect Apres with Five Avalonia

  1. Install or update FIVE Tools / Five Avalonia.
  2. Install Apres from the Windows button above.
  3. Open Five Avalonia, select one or more compiled SEG analyses, then use the Apres action near the selected-analysis toolbar.
  4. Five Avalonia writes an Apres manifest and launches Apres with the selected feature tables, plate/well context, channel labels, and suggested output folder.
